Hello, it is Jack again. As you all know, it is National Squirrel Awareness month. So, I hope you are all celebrating accordingly.

It is once again time for a check up, on how things are going, in general.

It has been a pretty solid semester so far. I feel like I have been a lot busier than usual, but it is not a detriment. I have been cooking up some banger essays in History of Modern Design and Middle Eastern History. I have been enjoying my classes and like my professors and classmates. Another cool thing recently, is that I haven’t had to actually do a Computer Science lab in a couple of weeks. That is why I always actually prefer to have exams; it means I do not have homework. One result of me being busier than usual is that I haven’t been putting out Cat Chronicles posts very often. I do not like this, but my silly blog series obviously takes a back seat to, like, Calculus.Just know that I have definitely not forgotten about it, as it is my life’s work. My full site editor tutorial was briefly derailed by some confusing shenanigans involving new variations of grouping blocks for templates which are more or less the same, but not entirely, but basically they are. It sounds confusing because it is. There are slight differences, and we have kind of decided to defer to WordPress for a lot of the specifics.

Overall, I have been getting more involved with events and the like, and I feel that I’m getting a bigger connection with the folks around here. Life is good.
