Mustela altaica

I have officially started my Senior year. It feels pretty good, but also incredibly ominous. I only have to deal with 3 three classes this semester, and it feels like I have too much free time. I need to be doing more school work, it feels strange. One of my classes is Artificial Intelligence with Dr. Meyer, and it has been quite fun so far, in lab we basically just tried to get into the guts of ChatGPT to understand and break it. I just hope it doesn’t get too mathy, since this course has not been taught in a decade and is essentially being made up on the fly, by competent people, of course.

My other courses are in Advertising Design and Photography. My first task in Ad Design has been to design a personal logo, which I have always thought was the hardest thing to design a logo for, because I do not have as strong of a brand goal as a company or something of the like. I have decided to try to make a purple cat my mark.

For photography I will need access to manual photography, namely, a DSLR. Nick has graciously offered to lend me his Nikon D5600, a fine camera. I will now need to take at least 50 pictures of my mother, which she has agreed to, unlike my father. I just wish I could take 50 pictures of Dewey, but I don’t think that is allowed.

I am overall excited for this semester, because it is my first in which I have taken less than four courses, so my schedule is obviously amazing. I mean, I only have one class on Fridays. Insane. I need to use this extra time to find a job. I know, ew. Jobs. I hate em, but I would like to find a fun job before I have to find an excruciating one.
