This was my first semester commuting, and I believe it went well, especially because it hasnt really snowed. I think I enjoyed being at home more than being on campus. I also think it was a pretty good semester for the Tech Bar, getting our new consultants taking appointments and getting involved was nice. Personally, I won the logo design contest, and had the honor of updating the website (go look at it, and if it is updated again, oops, you can still look at it, I bet it looks good regardless).

Academically, this semester was fine. Biology has been pretty tough, but at least I am not a Bio major, and I am just here to fulfill my core requirements. I have just recently presented my website in Computer Science, in which I created a reservations system for a local theater. Mine presented film noir plays, such as the classic Charlotte’s Web of Lies. I got some feedback, and have already implemented most of those changes. I feel great about the project.

In other news, the Lions are going absolutely crazy this year, that is all. I am excited to not go to school the rest of this week, and eat some food, and watch the Lions probably lose again. Yay.
